Mr Stefano Pratola

Executive Member

Stefano Pratola was born in Prato, Italy, and moved to Australia in 2016. He is the Production Manager at Radio Italiana 531 and a Project Officer at MCCSA (Multicultural Communities Council of South Australia). With a strong background in radio production and community project management, he specialises in engagement development—successfully mobilising volunteers, stakeholders, and culturally diverse communities.

His extensive experience in radio has given him deep insight into media communication, the evolution of language over time, and the power of voice in bridging generations and cultures. Stefano has produced multilingual podcasts that connect with both heritage and emerging communities, using language as a tool for inclusion, identity, and connection. He organises and leads cultural events that celebrate diversity and foster a sense of belonging.

As an active advocate for drug addiction recovery and LGBTQIA+ rights, Stefano brings passion and integrity to projects that promote equality, health, and social justice.

Stefano is an executive member of Com.It.Es South Australia, a board member of the Dante Alighieri Society SA (for 5 years), and co-founder of TabHu - The Art of Being Human, a multicultural and accessible art school. He is dedicated to promoting civic participation, cultural identity, and inclusive collaboration through communication, creativity, and community empowerment.
